Roles and Permissions
Procurement Sciences uses an Admin Panel and a role-based permissions model to control who can manage shared prompts, assistants, knowledge, and SharePoint syncs.

Super Admin
Scope: Entire tenant (all divisions)
Capabilities
Access the Admin Panel across all divisions
Promote users to Admin or Super Admin
Create, edit, and delete:
Shared Prompts
Shared Assistants
Shared Knowledge Categories
Shared SharePoint syncs that feed the Shared file directory
Super Admins are the primary owners of governance for your tenant.
Admin
Scope: A single division
Capabilities
Access the Admin Panel for their division
Promote Users → Admin within their division
Create, edit, and delete for their division:
Shared Prompts
Shared Assistants
Shared Knowledge Categories
Shared SharePoint syncs into the Shared directory
Admins manage shared content and integrations for their division.
User
Scope: Private content + read-only access to shared content
Capabilities
Create and manage private:
Prompts
Assistants
SharePoint syncs into My files / Integrations
Browse and use:
Shared Prompts
Shared Assistants
Shared Knowledge Categories
Shared SharePoint content
Limitations
Users cannot create, edit, delete, or otherwise modify any shared prompts, assistants, knowledge categories, or Shared SharePoint syncs.
