We recommend bookmarking this link or making a shortcut to your taskbar. We use Single Sign On (SSO), and this domain will be your access point to the system.
Follow the link in your invitation email or navigate directly to the URL provided by your CSM or Implementation Manager.
Click "Log In."
Using your company email, start the sign-in process.
Sign in with your standard Office365 credentials.
*If this is your first sign-in, you will be prompted to register your Microsoft Authenticator.*
Set Up MFA for Awarded AI on Your Phone
You will be prompted to set up an account for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and security purposes using the Microsoft Authenticator app installed on your mobile phone.
From your authenticator app, click either the “+” icon in the top right or the "scan QR code" icon in the bottom right.
If you selected the "+" icon, select "Work or school account."
Select "Scan QR Code." This will bring up your camera app to scan the appropriate QR code on your computer screen (see Step 5).
On your computer, continue the login process to get the QR code scan option.
Once you get the QR code and scan with your phone via the Authenticator app, a number (usually 2 digits) will pop up on your computer screen.
Enter the number into your Authenticator app in the appropriate field.
This should complete your initial login process and grant you access to your company's instance of Awarded AI. Please reach out to your CSM or Implementation Manager with any issues getting logged in.
