New to Awarded AI? The Academy is your one-stop shop for getting up to speed, from your first login to becoming a certified power user. Here's a quick rundown of everything available and how it's organized.
How to get access
As a brand-new user, you should automatically be enrolled in at least the "Features & Usage Guide" course (see details below) and have access to our whole collection of webinars. If there is a course, bundle, or certification that you don't have access to but wish to explore, please reach out to your CSM and asked to be enrolled or message us via the Live Chat tool in-app.
Self-paced courses
The core of the Academy is a library of on-demand video courses, organized into bundles by use case. Each course includes short video lessons, a free workbook, and a certificate of completion when you finish. Current bundles include:
Awarded AI Features & Usage Guide (7 lessons): the best starting point for new users, covering AI Chat, AI Draft, AI Review, Bid Search & Opportunity Management, Datahub, and AI Workflows
Premium Bid Search Features: Forecasts and Expiring Contracts
HR and Recruiting Bundle: resume searching and evaluation, job description drafting, and candidate assessment
Program Management Office Bundle: risk management, CPAR optimization, resource allocation, status reporting, and transition planning
Certifications
Once you've completed the prerequisite courses, you can work toward a certification. Right now that includes the AI Proposal & Business Development Professional Level 1 certification, plus micro-certifications in Proposal Outlining, Compliance Matrices and Reviews, and PMO.

Recordings from our live CSM-hosted sessions, organized by persona so you can find what's relevant fast: Business Development, Capture, Delivery & PMO, HR & Recruiting, Marketing, and Proposals, plus a general "New User Getting Started" collection. All free to watch anytime.
